We are now recruiting for a Marketing Manager who will plan, manage and deliver the Lyric’s marketing and audience development campaigns to achieve financial targets and maximise attendance across all activity, with a focus on Theatre productions. The Marketing Manager will support the Head of the Campaigns to ensure activity reaches the broadest possible audience, highlighting our impact and positively developing our reach and reputation.

This role includes the line management of the Press and Marketing Assistant.

Working closely with the Director of Communications & Sales, Head of Campaigns, Box Office Manager and Press Officer , they will support the delivery of the wider strategy of positioning the Lyric as an important part of London’s vibrant theatre scene.

Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations)

We are now recruiting for a Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations) to increase our Development Team. This role will support the Director of Development in the formulation of strategies to develop income growth, in particular, from Trusts and Foundations; taking a lead role in implementing those strategies and managing trust and foundation fundraising for the Lyric. The post-holder will also contribute to the overall fundraising aims and objectives of the department. The Development team have an annual revenue target to raise of £800,000, of which approximately £350,000 is generated through Trusts and Foundations.

Visitor Experience Coordinator

The Visitor Experience Coordinator plays a critical role within our Visitor Experience department, supporting the Visitor Experience Manager and contributing to the department’s success. They collaborate on operational tasks, facilitating planning and communication to ensure departments deliver a seamless customer experience.

As well as acting as the Duty Manager for the venue when required, the Visitor Experience Coordinator will actively participate in the planning stages of operational and commercial activities, including the creation of in-house merchandise, all aimed at enhancing the overall visitor experience at the Lyric.

Fundraising Volunteer

This is an opportunity for people who are friendly, welcoming and good at communicating and a desire to support the Lyric. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

You will be an ambassador for the Lyric at the fundraising desk during shows to help the audience learn how to support the Lyric by signing up Supporters, selling raffle tickets, selling costumes and collecting donations. IN return for your time you will see productions for free, get a free drink, enjoy the staff discounts, have a new experience to put on a CV and generally be part of the Lyric family.
