From the 20 fantastic Scratch performances seen at this year’s Evolution Festival, 5 will be shortlisted to receive the 2020/2021 Bill Cashmore Award. These performances will return to the Lyric for a residency week, to develop their ideas further. Please join us at the end of the week for a showcase of performances from the finalists.
As a result of this showcase, one outstanding act will be granted The Bill Cashmore Award 2020/2021. This will entitle them to rehearsal space, professional support and resources to develop their piece into a fully-fledged production – which will then headline next year’s Evolution Festival.”
