We are currently closed with all public performances to the end of the year cancelled or postponed, in line with government guidelines surrounding COVID-19. We are contacting all those affected. If you are visiting us, below is information to help you plan your trip.

Opening Times

Our building is open daily from 9am.

Box Office/Phone lines
Mon to Sat, 9am – 6pm
On performance evenings, the Box Office will be open for collections until the performance start time.

We are closed on Christmas Day.

Lyric Café
Mon – Fri, 8am – 6pm
Sat, 9.30am – 6pm (and selected Sundays where we have performances).

Lyric Bar & Grill
Mon – Sat 12pm -11pm.

 

Security

We ask for everyone’s co-operation in helping to keep our building secure, to remain alert and to report anything suspicious to a member of our staff. We strongly request that you do not bring suitcases or large bags with you to the theatre.

If you think you’ve lost something at the Lyric, send a description of the item to enquiries@lyric.co.uk and we’ll let you know if we’ve found it. Please note that items are only kept for a 30 day period.

Breastfeeding

The Lyric Hammersmith welcomes babies to be breastfed in any public area of these premises.

Toilet Facilities

The Lyric has a range of toilet facilities available including all-gender, gender specific and private accessible toilets in our café, on the Stalls level, on our balcony level near the creative space, and a ‘Changing Places’ toilet in the Reuben Foundation Wing. We also have a baby change facility and accessible toilet on our first floor near the entrance to the Reuben Foundation Wing.
