Maybe We're More
Over two weeks a company of eight performers aged 16 - 21 worked with director, Grace Gibson; vocal coach, Lauren Dyer and musical director Gustavo Silva Navarro to create a response performance to the UK premiere of the multi-award winning, pop musical phenomenon FANGIRLS which featured on the Lyric Hammersmith’s main stage over the summer.
The Stories We Tell
The Stories We Tell was a theatre cultural exchange residency that brought together a collective of young black queer women and genderqueer people from the UK, Kenya and South Africa.
Here, There, Now
Led by UK-based theatre director Monique Touko and Zimbabwe-based award-winning artist Lady Tshawe, Here, There, Now brought twenty young women together online through a series of workshops to create new stories exploring womanhood, identity and race that were written and performed by the company and shared digitally in both nations.
