Now in its fifth year, the ReAct Festival returns with five powerful new performances, created and performed by 50 young people from inner London secondary schools.
In the first phase of the project, White City Theatre Project delivered drama workshops to over 1,000 Year 8 students from All Saints Catholic College, Ark Burlington Danes Academy, Hammersmith Academy and Phoenix Academy. From these sessions, five groups of ten students were selected to continue into the next stage of the programme.
Over the past ten weeks, these 50 young people have worked closely with professional theatre practitioners to devise original pieces of theatre, which will be showcased as part of ReAct Festival 2026.
The project has been working in partnership with AllChild to ensure broad engagement and support for the young participants.
