Tiwalade Ibirogba Olulode: PLAYWRIGHT and ACTOR

By Amy Belson February 6, 2018

Tiwalade Ibirogba Olulode is a British born Nigerian actress, playwright and dancer; she trained as an actor at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, graduating in April 2015. It is here that she found her passion for writing, started off with poetry which then led to short plays. Her full- length play titled E-VER-RY-DAY was taken on by Oxzygen Koncepts, a theatre company located in Freedom Park, Lagos, Nigeria.

On returning to the UK she joined the National Youth Theatre, which then led her to being taken on as a Young actor with the Lyric and the Almeida theatre.

Tiwalade is very excited to show an extract of her second full length play Rush as part of the Evolution festival.
