Outsider Tart: Lebanese Kitchen Live

Lebanese Kitchen Live was an idea between friends who share a passion for good food and humour.

Lebanese Kitchen is designed for people with similar passions for cooking, eating and appreciating Lebanese Food. Everyone has a story to tell, and a dish or a recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation in the kitchen.

Each week Lebanese Kitchen invite different guest chefs to share their take on an easy to cook, healthy recipe, which is broadcast live online. Lebanese Kitchen Live is a chance to learn how to make your favourite dishes and methods from all over the world with a Lebanese influence, in a fun and social environment hosted at Outsider Tart.

The team:

Ronnie Menassa Group IT Director for a leading investor services firm within Financial Services. Multiple business owner. Strong Technology leadership background. Loves all things promoting Lebanese culture, food and heritage. Was Head of Committee for the Lebanese Festival Day in London. An annual live event bringing in up to 10,000 guests. Ronnie does all the magic from behind the scenes. Responsible for the live streaming and all things technical.

Charbel Gereige Vice President and software engineering team lead of a well-known financial services private bank. Charbel loves to cook and host dinner parties and likes to cook everything from scratch. Charbel is a co-host/cook on camera for the Lebanese Kitchen. His sometimes unorthodox cooking methods, and organised chaos makes him naturally entertaining

Samar Selby Licensing Sales Manager within Health and Beauty at a very well-known brand. Samar has grown up in the kitchen. Her late mother was a professional, and published Chef (Auntie Amal’s Lebanese Kitchen Secrets) Samar loves entertaining people and has a history with making people laugh through her stand-up comedy. Samar is a co-host/cook on Camera for the Lebanese Kitchen sharing her childhood memories, and continuing her mum’s legacy.
