Our Emerging Talent programme supports young artists aged 18-25 from West London* who are entering the theatre industry.
We provide multiple talent progression opportunities and training programmes, which help to develop skills and knowledge of the industry, including response projects to our main house show, our annual Emerging Talent Festival Evolution and our Young Lyric Associates scheme.
We recognise that the creative industries can sometimes seem closed. As such, our Emerging Talent opportunities are there to make our industry accessible to young artists from all backgrounds, by providing vital pathways and diversifying the industry on and off our stages.
We aim to provide employment and training opportunities to aid young artist’s development during and beyond all Emerging Talent programmes.
*We define West London as Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea, Richmond upon Thames, Wandsworth and Westminster.
We advertise all projects via the Young Lyric Membership Mailing List, Opportunities webpage, and on social media.
