Over two weeks a company of eight performers aged 16 - 21 worked with director, Grace Gibson; vocal coach, Lauren Dyer and musical director Gustavo Silva Navarro to create a response performance to the UK premiere of the multi-award winning, pop musical phenomenon FANGIRLS which featured on the Lyric Hammersmith’s main stage over the summer.
As a company, they created a brand new musical in response to the themes of the show and what it means to be a teenage girl now. As part of the performance, they created three new songs which was then performed to an invited audience in the Studio Theatre at the Lyric Hammersmith on 24th August 2024.
