We are committed to transparency in our workforce data. Annually we publish updated figures and we continue to work to develop best practice for monitoring representation to allow individuals to self-identify whilst adhering to our requirements as an Arts Council funded organisation.

- 51 freelance creatives and practitioners that had worked with us during the financial year 2020/2021
- 10 Lyric Board Members – at the point of sharing this data we are currently recruiting for 4 new trustees
